Principle:
1. This machine needs to designate a professional operator and be familiar with the operation manual before operation. Before operation, please carefully memorize the relevant safety signs and functional marks around the device.
2. When using three-phase electricity, you need to distinguish between the fuse and the zero line. The zero line number will be marked with N. When the connection is completed, an electrician is required to install it on the spot or be instructed by the electrician to install it. After the connection is completed, pay attention to the direction of the pump rotation. If there is a reverse, please switch the fuse installation order.
3. The machine shell is equipped with a ground line installation location. Please connect the ground line when using it.
4. Before booting, please check whether the power cord is connected, whether the connection is locked, whether the wire is connected correctly, and whether there is a phase defect or leakage phase. After the power inspection is completed, please check whether the water tank is filled with water, whether the connection with the water pipe is intact, and the light push ball valve checks whether the inlet is normal.
5. After use, please release the remaining gas from the furnace in time to avoid the loss of steam purity caused by false air pressure during next use. After daily use, please discharge the remaining waste water from the furnace. Frequent water exchange can reduce the impurity content in the furnace and increase the service life of the equipment.
6. Keep the furnace tank under slight pressure when discharging water after use, which can promote better removal of impurities in the pipeline. The pressure is below 0.1 MPA.
