The mixing pot produced by Jinzong Enterprise is an essential equipment in the daily chemical industry. It is suitable for the mixing and stirring of different materials, such as the mixing, dissolution, and uniform mixing of mucus in the production of shampoo, shower gel, etc. It is an ideal equipment in the daily chemical industry.
Performance
The mixing system adopts unidirectional or bidirectional scraping edge mixing and variable frequency speed regulation, which is suitable for different process requirements.
1. Materials can be heated or cooled according to process requirements, and the heating method can be steam or electric heating according to requirements.
2. There are various forms of mixing slurry, which can be used for the production of different types of products.
3. The material is imported SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, and the tank and pipeline are mirror polished.
4. It can be equipped with a vacuum pump for vacuum pumping (optional).
5. Optional bottom mounted dispersion head or FLUKO pipeline emulsification head can accelerate the dissolution and emulsification of materials.
6. The stainless steel control cabinet can comprehensively monitor the operation of the equipment and display data such as temperature and stirring speed.
